We select and use the best raw materials of all kinds; stainless steel, brass, zamak, technical plastics, rubbers, silicones and others.

Using our own tools (molds, dies and others) we obtain finished raw parts using different techniques such as stamping, drawing, microfusion, casting, injection.

Machining

We control the machining in our precision machinery (CNC lathes, machining centers, transfers…) as well as in special machinery designed for this purpose.

Quality Control

All the parts we manufacture undergo quality control at every stage of their manufacture. We use certified gauges for each dimension and size assigned.
